Vidyut Engineers is a proprietary organization; Mr. Ayush Dev Kaushik is the proprietor who is a Mechanical Engineer. He is an ex-employee of M/s Kirloskar Oil Engines Ltd having in depth knowledge on Diesel engines & generators.
AD Kaushik (CEO) is B Tech Mechanical Engineering, Dr. Manisha Kaushik (President) is PhD in management and Shreya Kaushik (Vice President) is MSc Entrepreneurship, Innovation & Management from University of Nottingham, United Kingdom.
Vidyut Engineers has a sister concern by the name of Samko Solutions (India) Pvt. Ltd.

Samko Solutions (India) Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated in 1997 and is providing total solutions in technical and non technical areas such as Telecom, Facility Management, Event Management, Insurance (General & Life) and Interior Management.
Since inception we have been growing every year which could be possible because of our continuous effort to improve our service standard by way of implementing quality systems, technical knowhow and man power training (All our service engineers are company trained at Kirloskar’s factory at Pune).
We provide “turn-key” solution in terms of Planning, supply, installation, site management and commissioning of all types of electrical installation and after sales service for all makes & models of Diesel Engines manufactured by Kirloskar Oil Engines Ltd.
Apart from our un-matched after sales services we also have expertise in providing complete solution to our valued customers for all their requirements related to Diesel Generating sets by providing Single window service. We undertake installation, commissioning, shifting and operation, tailor made maintenance contracts & complete site management. We have more than 1250 AMCs of DG sets installed in residential & across various business segments including cellular installations.
We have technical expertise to overhaul diesel engines, re-winding of AC Alternators, repairing of Starter motors & painting and refurbishment of DG sets etc.
We have adequate numbers of trained field staff and experienced back office staff to support all operations. We have successfully implemented all new digitalization initiatives taken by the company. We have a total strength of 52 employees working in our organization. We have effective monitoring systems in place to monitor each employee’s performance and boost them with handsome incentives on monthly basis.
We have our office cum workshop in Okhla Industrial Area, New Delhi from where we cater to all our customers of South & Central Delhi which also makes our allocated territory of operation.

System Of Operations
We provide warranty & post warranty services to all customers of M/s Kirloskar Oil Engines Ltd. (KOEL). Kirloskar made diesel engines are installed as prime movers in various Industrial equipment, Fire fighting pumps & Generator applications.
Once the machine or generator is installed we get the information details of the customer and its location through software of KOEL. On receipt of the information we provide “Free Service Checks” and warranty services to the customer or a period of two years. For post warranty customers we provide complete solution including Annual Maintenance Contracts.
We have a Technical and trained work force consisting of back office staff and field engineers. Customers contact us directly or register their service requirements & complaints through a Toll free Help line number of KOEL. We, through the system, get the information along with a unique Service Request number and we depute our field engineers to attend to the complaints. The service request is closed by way of e FSR (Electronic Field Service Report) from the site itself. Whenever there is a requirement of parts the same is issued by our Store and invoicing is done for the same. We are maintaining our inventory on Tally and invoicing is done by Software on through tally. Since the machines are deployed at various locations and generator being immovable we carry out all services & repairs at customer site except for accessories like self starters, Alternators, Fuel Injection pumps and portable generators.
